Okay, call me a Kook...I did these shoes last Spring and wanted to share them with everyone here on the blog, or should I say "clog"...LOL Anyway, it took an OLD pair of clogs. a ton of magazine pictures, modge-podge, scissors and rick-rack to create these one of a kind shoes...
After finishing them, I gave them about 5 coats of modge-podge and 5 coats of spray varnish. I have only worn them one time for an outing with my crazy Red Hat Group...they were in awe of their beauty, aren't you???? *smile* Feel free to leave a comment!

Oh (swoon) I think these are marvelous. I want to join the Red Hats! My husband and I happened across a Red Hat Xmas Luncheon over the Christmas holidays and they were having so much fun!
These clogs are fabulous, I do love them. (Gee, can you tell you struck a chord with me?)

Oh, one more thing - I saw the bra purse on the sidebar. My friend, Karen, has a blog (This and That) that is linked to my blog. You have to go over and look at the one she made for a friend who battled breast cancer. I think I have found two crafty kindred spirits!

Yes, you can link your shoes to the Opus-Gluei challenge! Great idea!
